The Big Camp Out October 2017

The Big Camp Out was an event that provided over 300 fathers & kids the chance to spend quality one-on-one time in a unique camping experience.

Held at Domain Stadium on 8 October 2016, the feedback was incredible. The event is sure to be hugely popular in 2017.

Dads & Kids participated in a range of fun activities under the expert guidance of event partner OutdoorsWA. Outstanding food was provided by Delaware North and the staff at Domain were very helpful in hosting the event.

A special initiative of The Department of Local Government & Communities was to provide funding for the event to enable low income earners to attend at no cost. This initiative was very well received by the welfare agencies who promoted this opportunity to their communities.
